**ENCHANTED PRINCESS SPA LLC** **Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy** We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate advance notice whenever possible. **Appointment Cancellations** * We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through our booking system, by phone, or by contacting the spa directly. **Late Arrivals** * Guests arriving late may receive a shortened service time to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. * If a guest arrives excessively late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. **No-Shows** * A no-show occurs when a guest does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not contact the spa. * Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges or may require a deposit before future appointments can be scheduled. **Courtesy & Consideration** * Our team prepares materials, staffing, and appointment time specifically for each guest.
